After the SHATTERED cinematic, Killjoy, Neon and Reyna see a pre-recorded hologram that welcomes the viewer to Sanctuary Day on Pearl. The narrator explains the history of Pearl before describing various locations around the map such as the Multiverse Museum. She then warns of the transdimensional dust and Kingdom's Reality Restoration Project. Neon's powers begin getting out of control, and the cinematic cuts to various locations across Pearl. The cinematic ends with Neon regaining control over her powers while the hologram ends with a plug for the Kingdom brand and a map release date of June 22.

Dia do Santuário takes place directly after the SHATTERED cinematic with Killjoy, Reyna and Neon in the comic store. Brimstone instructs Killjoy and the others to go to Tango site, although it is unknown whether Brimstone is referring to Site A or B on Pearl. After this, a narrator starts introducing Pearl through a hologram emitting device.
The announcer welcomes the listener to Sanctuary Day, which celebrates the history and future of the portion of Lisbon that has been protected by a geodome. She proceeds to explain the circumstances behind why a geodome was constructed in order to protect Pearl. The hologram projects an image of a mega-tsunami crashing over an unidentified city, with the narrator stating how Omega Earth is on the brink of a total climate collapse. The narrator says how Kingdom Industries worked with the VALORANT LEGION to construct the city-wide geodome from a Radianite-infused polycarbonate. Following this are some grunts from Neon, who is later revealed to be struggling to cope with the new environment.
The cinematic then transitions to a establishing shot of Pearl, which cuts to the large statue as the narrator invites the audience to join them in celebrating Sanctuary Day. They then refer to the Museu do Multiverso (Multiverse Museum), remarking how one can learn about the history of Radianite and how it will change the world in the future.
The cinematic glitchily transitions to a broken archway with floating debris, stating how visitors should ignore the 'transdimensional dust', and keep clear of dangerous areas as Kingdom completes the 'Reality Restoration Project'. As the narrator gives these warnings, Reyna whispers at Neon, telling her to shut up. Neon replies saying she can't control herself.
Various locations around Pearl are shown, with glitchy yellow transitions between each scene. These transitions are likely implied to be the result of Neon's instability, however, it is difficult to confirm. The screen suddenly goes black and Neon indicates that she has regained control over her powers.
The cinematic ends with a cut back to the hologram projector displaying the Omega Kingdom logo. It changes to show O SEU FUTURO ESTÁ SEGURO, and Pearl's release date, 22 DE JUNHO, before glitching into English translations reading 'YOUR FUTURE IS SECURE' with the subtitle of 'JUNE 22'.
